UCC SEASON 6 PREDICTIONS - Predictions By Ben, Group A By Pommy, Group G By Cal, ty for the help

GROUP ~A~

The decider between Adam and Chris for #1 spot in this group, will come down to how well Adam is running when they play. On his best form, I would put Adam right up there in the top2/3 of Yahoo for running ability, but unfortunately, things do occasionally go very wrongfor him, and Chris is easily good enough to capitalize on even the smallest mistakes that Adam makes. I still think it will be close... but see my prediction below!Prediction 1st or 2nd.

I'm always getting this guy mixed up with Ste (sorry Jim .. I know thats an insult), but tobe honest, they have a very similar style of play. Lots of banging, and very little in theway of safeties. Fortunately for him, he is better at that style of play that Phil, and willnot go winless in this group.Prediction 6th.

A decent enough player who isn't great at either running or safetying, but is good enoughat both, that he picks up a fair amount of wins when he plays. He always seems to be prettycalm, which always leads to a guy being able to play at his best even when the sets arehanging in the balance.Prediction 4th/5th.

Mouthy bugger who roped me into doing these predictions, and thinks hes better than everyoneelse. Well, he is a good player, but I wouldnt rate him amoung the elite just yet, as hissafety game sometimes leaves a little to be desired. Still though, he plays smartly enough,and is a decent runner when he eventually does decide to go for it.Prediction 3rd.

I would have compared Ketan and Phil a couple of months ago, and considered them to be ofa fairly similar skill level, which is saying more to how bad Phil is, than how good ketanis now.Prediction 7th.

Has really improved in the last month or so. He was previously recognised as just a flat out bang runner, but has shown a good amount of skill in the safety department of the gamelately, and will be able to run the top players close, and pick off the lesser talentedguys, to solidifty a middling finish in this group, and pick up the last playoff spot. Prediction 4th/5th.

A good runner, a great banker, and an above average safety game, will make Chris a toughguy for everyone in this group, I think he will pick up big wins over Jim and Phil, apartfrom that, most other people will probably get close, but I only see 1 guy having a realchance at beating him, and thats Adam.Prediction 1st or 2nd.

Wow, Chris who barks a lot, is a terrible runner, he has a hard time even potting a ball per game, and this could be big problem for him in this group, thats why i think he does well.Prediction 1st or 2nd.

Nick, A decent runner who can sometimes snooker, should do about average in this groupbehind at least chris and kevin, and possibly beat some who are close in his range.Prediction 4th.

This kid who never stops massing stupid crap is actually pretty good at pool somehow.He never shuts up, and challenges everybody who talks back to him. Kevin will compete for 1st place, but i think chris should beat him.Prediction 1st or 2nd.

Another guy who thinks hes the best ypool player in the world, who is about averageand other times decent, can run a little, and should get 3rd/4th place.

Well, a very nice person, who shows good sportsmanship all the time, should have a hard time in this group and finish low.Prediction 7th.

Musti misses a lot of easy open shots, but has a decent snooker game, however its going need to get a lot better if he hopes to make playoffs.Prediction 5th.

Joey hasn't been playing a whole lot from what he has said, so i'd bet he has built up some rust in his game. If he manages to findhis game quickly though he will be a dominant player in this group, just looks like it may take more than a few sets to get back to a decent player, good luck dude.
